11 IAS, 3 HCS officers transferred in Haryana

The Haryana government today issued transfer and posting orders of 11 IAS officers and four HCS officers with immediate effect.
Rohtash Singh Kharb, the Deputy Commissioner of Yamunanagar has been posted as Special Secretary, Home-I Department, relieving Chander Shekhar of the charge, according to an official release.
Sumedha Kataria, the Deputy Commissioner of Kurukshetra has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Panipat, while S S Phulia, the State Project Director of Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra.
Ashok Kumar Meena, the Director and Special Secretary of Industrial Training and Employment Department has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Hisar.

Chander Shekhar Khare, Deputy Commissioner, Panipat has been given the charge as Administrator, HUDA, Gurugram and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Gurugram .
Nikhil Gajraj, Deputy Commissioner, Hisar has been posted as Administrator, HUDA, Faridabad and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Faridabad.
Gauri Parasher, Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment Department relieving Sanjeev Verma of the said charge.
Among the HCS officers, Yash Pal, Administrator, HUDA, Gurugram and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Gurugram has been posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram relieving V Umashakar of the said charge.
