12 Additional Judges of 5 HCs elevated as Judges

Twelve Additional Judges of five High Courts were today elevated as permanent Judges.
Justice Chandrakant Laljibhai Soni, Justice Ashish Jitendra Desai, Justice Nilay Vipinchandra Anjaria and Justice Paresh Ravishanker Upadhyay, who were till now Additional Judges of the Gujarat High Court, have been elevated as permanent Judges in the same High Court.
Justice Anil Kumar Pathak, Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court has been made a permanent Judge in the same High Court, a Law Ministry statement said here.
Allahabad High Court Additional Judges Justice Saeed-uz-zaman Siddiqi, Justice Aditya Nath Mittal, Justice Mahendra Dayal and Justice Virendra Vikram Singh have been elevated as permanent Judges.

Justice Pritinker Diwaker, an Additional Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court, has also been made a permanent Judge in the same High Court.
Rohit Arya has been appointed as an Additional Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court for two years, the statement added.
