Bhusawal city police in the district filed the case yesterday against the boy under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO), 2012 and under section 354 (outraging modesty) of IPC.
"There is no question of arresting the accused as he is a minor. However, we have talked to his parents and the school authorities," a police official told PTI over phone.
The incident happened on August 5 in the school where the boy studies. The boy showed his private parts to the girl, the official said.
