12-yr-old boy drowns in pond

A 12-year-old boy drowned in a pond here when he accidentally slipped into it, police said.
The victim, identified as Rakesh, was playing near the pond with other children when he accidentally slipped into it in Udaipurwati police station area, they said.
The body was taken out and handed over to family members after the post-mortem, they added.
