The mishap occurred late last night when the tractor- trolley carrying members of a family was on its way to Badnaur from Gopalpura village, they said.
While 12 of the deceased belong to a Gurjar family travelling in the trolley, the cleaner of the truck was also killed in the mishap, said Kailash Singh, acting SHO of Badnaur police station.
Those killed were identified as Laxmi, Kamla, Rukma, Lahri, Jepi, Kali, Soni, Devilal, Dinesh, three children -- Ramdev, Madan, Seema, and cleaner Dhanna Singh, he said.
