State Director General of Police Rajiv Mehta presented the medals at the investiture ceremony held at the Police Head Quarters here.
Among those who received the medals include East Garo Hills district SP Davis N Marak, SSP CID Claudia Lyngwa and Additional SP Ringrang TG Momin.
An inspector, three sub-inspectors, three havildars and four constables were also recipients of the medals.
