At least seven persons were killed and 14 others injured when a bus they were travelling in overturned in China's eastern Shandong Province.
The passengers were employees of the Mengshan Tourism Administration in Linyi City. They were on a routine patrol checking for risks of forest fire when the accident happened yesterday.
Three people were killed on the spot and another four who were severely wounded died in hospital, Xinhua news agency reported.
In a separate incident, seven persons were killed and eight wounded after scaffolding collapsed at a construction site of a school in China's southwest Yunnan province.
