The trucks laden with sand were coming from Kanwanka Pattan river bridge on the Shahkot-Jalandhar road at Dharamkot in this district when police stopped them for checking and nabbed 13 persons, police said.
The accused had been arrested under the Mining and Mineral Regulation Act, police said.
