Tinku, the son of the head of the of the Husainpur Daulatpur village, and Shivam allegedly raped the teenager when she was alone in her house on September 20, they added.
The girl narrated the incident to her family members who lodged a complaint against the two, the police said.
Shivam has been arrested while efforts are on to nab Tinku, they said.
An FIR has been registered against them under relevant sections of the IPC and POCSO Act, the police added.
