15-yr-old raped by neighbour

A 15-year-old physically and mentally challenged girl was raped allegedly by her neighbour at Dhupguri in Jalpaiguri district, police said today.
The girl was raped allegedly by a 61-year old man yesterday. The girl's father lodged an FIR when she informed her parents about it.
The man was arrested.
