17 injured in road mishap in Udhampur

At least 17 people were injured today when two vehicles collided head on in Chenani area here, police said.
"17 passengers were injured when a Tempo coming from opposite direction had a head on collision with a truck in Chenani area of the district," a police officer said.
He said that seven of the injured were shifted to district hospital Udhampur and ten others were discharged after getting first aid.
A case has been registered and a probe initiated, he said.
