The network is developing a spin-off which focuses on newlyweds Jill and Derick Dillard and Jessa and Ben Seewald, reported People magazine.
"The show had begun to focus more and more on the next generation of Duggars, anyway - mainly Jill and Jessa and their marriages and babies," a source said.
"That's when the show got its highest ratings."
TLC pulled "19 Kids and Counting" episodes from schedule following Josh Duggar's molestation scandal, but has not announced whether it's cancelled or not.
