2 Africans arrested for overstaying without valid documents

Two Africans have been arrested at nearby Tirupur for overstaying in India without valid documents, police said.
Dominic from Ghana and Casmirugochuku from Nigeria were arrested last night they said, adding they were remanded and later taken to Chennai to be lodged in the Central jail there.
The two had come to the city to do garment business, they said.
Police said all foreign nationals had been given time till January 5 to produce their documents, passport and visa.
