Narukurthi Krishna, Bill Collector,47th Division, Kakinada, was caught by sleuths near Indira Gandhi statue in Kakinada for demanding and accepting bribe of Rs 30,000, the agency stated in a release.
The bribe money was recovered and the procedure is on to arrest Krishna.
In another case, Sub-Registrar of Chintalapudi in West Godavari district was caught by ACB officials when he was allegedly taking a bribe of Rs 25,000 from a complaint for doing official favour.
