The accused tried to disturb communal harmony during religious processions here, a police official said.
When police tried to stop them, they created ruckus but following a hard warning, they fled the spot, the official said.
An FIR was lodged against 10 persons under relevant sections of the IPC and two persons have been arrested, police said.
