Jaiprakash Bawri and Vikas Kumar were arrested in Kotputali and produced before the magistrate at his residence last evening, police said.
The duo managed to escape after the magistrate ordered a three day remand for them and the policemen were busy in formalities, Investigating officer Jamnalal said, adding, both pushed the cops and ran away.I
However, police chased them and caught Jaiprakash while Vikas managed to escape, he said.
