The victims were identified as Nand Lal (18) and his cousin Raman (17), both residents of Haripura village in Fazilka district of Punjab, they said.
Nand Lal and Raman were last evening crossing the track when they were run over by Gorakhdham Express, police said.
The cousins who were labourers, had come to Hisar in search of work, the police said.
The bodies were today handed over to their relatives after postmortem.
