"Jagdish Gujjar and his accomplice Vikram Meena were held in Vishwakarma area with a stolen jeep and a bike," DCP (West) Dr Ravi said.
They had stolen the jeep from Sikar and the motorcycle from Sawaimadhopur district, he said.
Jagdish had escaped from police custody when he was being taken to a court in Shahpura area in October 2010.
"Fifteen cases of murder and loot are lodged with different police station against Jagdish, whereas Vikram is accused in 10 cases," Ravi said.
