The two - Md Imitiaz Warsi alias Chota Chinni and Md Istiyak Warsi - of Old Purulia Road were arrested by a special police team, Senior Superintendent of Police, Amol V Homkar said.
A sum of Rs. 1 lakh in cash, one autorickshaw and a motorcycle - used in committing the crime - were seized from the duo.
One of the two arrested - Md Imitiaz Warsi, a history sheeter - was the accused in a dacoity committed in Big Bazar in Adutyapur, near here, in adjoining Seraikela-Kharswan district. Besides, over a dozen criminal cases were pending against him in various police stations, Homkar added
