One of the injured was referred to a government hospital in Udaipur, while another was discharged after first-aid, they said.
Seven persons from both sides were arrested and produced before a local court this morning, police said, adding that the accused had been sent to judicial custody.
Additional forces have been deployed to maintain law and order and communal tension, they said.
The incident occurred at Kanord-Darwaja in Bari-Sadari town when a group of young men riding motorcycles made ugly remarks against some girls, attracting serious objections from another group. This led to a clash in which two were injured, according to the police.
