got injured when two vehicles collided near Dangaraha ghat on NH-31 in Bihar's Purnia district, a police officer said.
The mishap took place as a truck and a tractor collided head-on, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Satish Kumar said.
Two persons died on the spot, while three others suffered injuries, he said, adding that the injured were admitted to Dalkola hospital in North Dinajpur district for treatment.
Local people blocked the NH-31 demanding compensation to the kins of the victims.
