Manoj (35) and Kapil (35) were killed on the spot while eight others including a woman sustained injured, they said.
The injured were rushed to a hospital where their condition was stated to be stable.
The victims belonged to Muzaffarpur district in Bihar and were on their way home from Delhi where they worked as casual labourers.
Police are probing the matter.
