An operation was launched on a tip-off by 60 Rashtriya Rifles in Makhiddhar forest this evening, a Defence spokesman said.
Arms and ammunition including one AK-56 assault rifle, 18 rounds of AK-56, 2 magazines, 50 sniper rounds and two rounds of 7.62 MM SLR were found, he said.
In the second operation at Dhanubhan belt of the district troops found arms and ammunition including one AK-56 assault rifle, three magazines and 40 rounds, he said.
