2 nabbed for kidnapping Rohini boy, other crimes
The accused - Dhir Pal and Vikas - admitted having committed various crimes, police said.
Dhir Pal admitted that he along with two accomplices had kidnapped Rohit Hooda, a lecturer of PDM College, Bahadurgarh, and collected Rs 20 lakh as ransom in March last year.
He had also kidnapped a boy from Rohini in Delhi in September last year and got Rs 1.20 crore as ransom.
