2 patients die in Alwar hospitals
Press Trust of India Jaipur Two patients have died in private hospitals in Alwar after their condition deteriorated following blood transfusions.
The blood was supplied to the private hospitals from a charitable trust.
Condition of the patients, a man and a woman, admitted in separate hospitals deteriorated after they received blood transfusion over the last two days, said Alwar CM&HO Pankaj Kumar.
It is suspected that blood was infected and a committee of four doctors has been formed to probe the matter, he said.
