Additional District Sessions Judge Uttamkumar Sau convicted Ayub Ali, Indadul Haque and sentenced them to 20 years' rigorous imprisonment after they were convicted of raping the woman on August 17, last year.
The duo, charged with gangrape and illegal confinment and assault of a woman, were also fined Rs 5,000 each and an additional six-month jail sentence in case of non-payment.
According to the prosecution, the two had promised to give a lift to the woman, who was waiting at Hemtabad bus stand for Kaliaganj-bound bus in neighbouring Malda district on August 17 night, but took her to a nearby desolate spot and gangraped her.
The woman and her husband filed an FIR the next day against the two.
A total of 12 witnessed testified during the hearing.
