Daisy of Shyam Lal Colony went to her room after being scolded by her brother this afternoon, sources said.
When family members went upstairs in the evening, they found the room bolted from inside.
Through window they saw her body hanging from the ceiling fan and informed the police.
A police team reached the house and sent the body for post-mortem.
