24 students fall ill after drinking water

As many as 24 students fell ill after drinking water from a tap in a private school here but were soon discharged after treatment, police said today.
The students of KG Smarak Higher Secondary School fell ill yesterday after drinking contaminated water, they said.
They were admitted to a private clinic and sent home after treatment, they said.
School manager Hodal Singh alleged that some miscreants mixed anti-germicidal in the drinking water.
Police said an FIR has been registered in this connection and investigation is underway.
