Earlier, 116 services of 23 departments were existing in the list of services alongwith the competent authority available at http://esla.Delhi.Gov.In, said Chief Secretary SK Srivastava.
"More 245 services will be added to the schedule appended to the Delhi (Right of Citizen to Time Bound Delivery of Services) Act, 2011. List of services will be effective from the date of notification.
"Citizens are advised to take unique number from the counter while submitting application," said Srivastava.
Further, under the Act, every government servant is duty bound to deliver these services within the stipulated time period. If there is any delay in delivering of services beyond to prescribed period, citizen is entitled to seek compensation cost at Rs 10 per day per service maximum of Rs 200 from Competent Authority.
