Sunita Jat, jumped into the tank located in a farm along with her daughter Guddi, 2, and son Aayush, 4, last night, they said.
The bodies were recovered today, police said.
"The woman was married to one Vinod Jat and was allegedly harassed by the husband and parents-in-laws for dowry," said a police spokesperson.
"A case against them under sections 498-A (Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty) and 306 (Abetment of suicide) have been filed. The matter is being probed," he added.
