26 bureaucrats transferred in C'garh

In a major reshuffle in the civil administration, as many as 26 bureaucrats including 17 IAS, six IFS and three SAS (State Administrative Service) officers were shifted in the state.
"The order in this regard was released late last night from Mantralaya (Mahanadi Bhavan), Naya Raipur," an official statement said here.
As per orders, Bilaspur division Commissioner KDP Rao has been made Chairman, Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education and he will be replaced by Chhattisgarh Housing Board Commissioner Sonmani Borah. Surguja division Commissioner BS Anant has been posted as Secretary, Lok Ayog and he will be replaced by Mungeli Collector TC Mahawar.

Surendra Kumar Jaiswal, Managing Director of Chhattisgarh State Marketing Federation has been made Joint Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD) and he will be replaced by Surajpur Collector S Bharti Dasan.
Health and Family Welfare Department Joint Secretary and National Rural Health Mission Mission Director Rajpal Singh Tyagi has been relieved from the charge of NRHM.
Korea district Collector Avinash Champawat has been posted as Registrar (Cooperative Societies), Director General Registration and Stamp and Joint Secretary (Commercial Tax) replacing S Prakash, who will be the new Collector of Korea.

Kondagaon district Collector Vijay Kumar Dhurve has been made Managing Director (MD) of Chhattisgarh State Handicrafts Development Board while Raipur Zila Panchayat CEO Dhananjay Dewangan will take his charge.

Joint Secretary (GAD) Govind Ram Churendra has been transferred as Collector of Surajpur. Secretary Chhattisgarh Lok Ayog SK Alang has been shifted as Collector Mungeli, while Chief Executive Officer of Zila Panchayat, Janjgir-Champa T S Sonwani will be Narayanpur Collector.
Narayanpur district Collector Yashwant Kumar has been shifted as Additional Commissioner MNREGA, CEO of Sarguja Zila Panchayat Kiran Kaushal has been transferred as CEO of Raipur Zila Panchayat, while CEO of Durg Zila Panchayat Tamboli Ayyaz Fakirbhai has been shifted as Mission Director (NRHM).
The SAS officers transferred include MNREGA Additional Commissioner Taran Prakash Sinha posted as Janjgir-Champa Zila Panchayat CEO, Durg division Deputy Commissioner JP Pathak has been transferred as CEO of Durg Zila Panchayat and Additional Collector of Durg Sunil Jain has been given additional charge of the Deputy Commissioner Durg division.

The IFS officers transferred include Chhattisgarh Handicraft Board MD Shirish Chandra Agrawal, who has been posted as Acting Director Chhattisgarh State Minor Forest Produce Co-operative Federation. He will replace Yunus Ali, who has been shifted as Managing Director, Chhattisgarh Text Books Corporation.
