3 bovine smugglers held in Rajouri, 10 animals rescued

Police have arrested three people for allegedly smuggling 10 bovines in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district, police said today.
A police team intercepted two vehicles carrying the animals in Nowshera belt of the district today, a police officer said, adding the vehicles were seized and ten bovines rescued.
The three bovine smugglers - Showkat Hussain, Mohammad Taj and Jamil - were arrested and a case was registered against them, the police said.
