The accused have been identified as -- Pooja, Ajay and Ashu -- against whom an FIR has been registered at the Barakhamba Road Police Station.
According to officials, the action was taken after an information was received that the attestation of documents was being done by persons not entitled to attest them.
On the direction of New Delhi's District Magistrate Sanjay Kumar, different teams were formed under sub-divisional magistrate Krishna Cheaitanya to take strict action against those involved in such "malpractices".
"The accused were arrested after New Delhi district administration raided at different areas. We will continue our raids in future as well and act against such illegal practice," Cheaitanya said.
