3 held with fake currency in Kohima

A Special Operation Team of Dimapur police arrested three persons and seized fake currency notes from them, police sources said today.
Eighty-one fake notes of Rs 100 denomination and synthetic material purportedly utilised for replicating security threads found in the Indian currency were seized from the trio arrested yesterday, they said.
The three have been identified as Tiakaba Longchar from Nagaland, Bipun Gohain and Dulu Chetia both from Assam, they said.
