The mishap occurred at around 9.30 AM in Savarkar Nagar locality when the ceiling of the house crashed, Thane's Regional Disaster Management Cell (RDMC) chief Santosh Kadam said.
A 46-year-old woman and her 18-year-old son sustained multiple fractures and while her other son, aged 20, suffered electric shocks in the mishap, he said.
The victims were admitted to a local hospital where their condition was stated to be out of danger, he said.
A team of firemen and RDMC personnel was rushed to carry out rescue operation at the site.
