3 juvenile arrested for being involved in snatching

Three juvenile have been apprehended for their alleged involvement in around 20 cases of robbery and snatching, police said today.
"A total of 22 mobile phones, allegedly snatched or looted by them, have been recovered from their possession and 12 cases of robbery and snatching have been solved," said Ashok Chand, Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime).
On September 13, police got a tip off about the accused would be coming to Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, following which a trap was laid and they were apprehended.
Chand said the accused confessed that they used to target victims carrying mobile phones in lonely and isolated places, both during the day and night.

There are around 20 cases of robbery and snatching filed against the accused in several police stations of Swaroop Nagar, Bhalswa Dairy, Madhu Vihar, Ranhola, Rohini South and Paschim Vihar against them.
