3 kg heroin seized by BSF

Three kilogram of heroin was seized by the Border Security Force (BSF) in Kakkav village near the Indo-Pak border today, an official said.

A tractor was intercepted in an agricultural field here and three kilogram of heroin was recovered from the vehicle, he said.

The tractor was being used for tilling the land adjoining the International Border (IB).

A probe in the matter is underway, the official said.
