The accident occured near Toliasar village in Sridoongargarh police station area when one Sultan along with his relatives was on way to PBM government hospital in Bikaner from Hanumangarh for admitting his one-year-old ailing son Pawan, police said.
In the mishap, Sultan's wife Manohari, Sohanlal and Kanshiram were killed whereas Sultan, Pawan, Parmeshwari and Hetram injured.
They have been admitted to the PBM hospital, police said.
