The mishap occurred when the ill-fated bus, carrying 20 passengers and proceeding to Visakhapatnam from Raighar, turned turtle at Ramabhadrapuram 'Y' junction.
The three victims died on the spot, Ramabhadrapuram police sub-inspector D D Naidu said.
The deceased hailing from Navrangpur (Odisha) have been identified as Faida Sultana (40), Fazima Sultana (32) and Sayyed Mohammed (13 months), the SI added.
