On a tip off that the trio was on its way to Hamirpur for loot, the STF team arrested them after an encounter near Bhanganala in Shivrajpur locality under Karvi police station area, an STF release issued here said.
The three, who belong to Jhansi, have several cases in different districts of the state pending against them, it said adding, besides illegal firearms, other robbed materials were recovered from their possession.
