Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Arun Chaturvedi took the decision during ongoing campaign "sarkar apke dwar".
On his visit to the Naal panchayat samiti, Chaturvedi said the result was just 13 per cent in the government secondary school which is the lowest in Bikaner district.
