The trio arrested in forest area of Jamopura Mansar of Samba this morning, have been identified as Mohmmad Jameel, Mohd Maqbool and Mohd Sabir, Police officer said today.
Police nabbed 3 thieves red handed who were stealing High Tension wire (132 KV without power) from the forest area of Jamoura Mansar, the officer said.
A truck parked on the road for transportation of stolen wire and 1200 meters of aluminium wire having weight approximately 100 kg which was cut into pieces with the cutters and blades used for cutting the wire was seized, police adding a case in this connection has been registered at Samba, police station.
