3 women among 4 killed in accident on NH-10

Four persons including three women were killed while two others were injured when the vehicle they were traveling in was hit by a truck on national highway-10 near Garhi village here today, police said.
"The truck was coming from wrong direction when it hit the vehicle near Garhi village. Three women were among the four dead while two others were seriously injured and have been shifted to hospitals at Hisar and PGIMS at Rohtak," Deputy Superintendent of Police, Hansi, Sandeep Malik said.
Asked if the conditions were foggy this morning when the mishap took place, he said, "the conditions were somewhat foggy, but the driver of the heavy vehicle was coming from the wrong side which caused the mishap".

A case had been registered in connection with the accident, he said.
