30 workers of pro-Tamil outfit arrested for burning effigies

Thirty workers of a pro-Tamil outfit were today arrested for burning effigies of Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and other leaders, police said today.
The activists of Naam Tamilar party were arrested when they set ablaze the effigies including that of Aam Aadmi' party leader Arvind Kejriwal infront of the Railway station here, police said.
The activists were protesting Centre's opposition to release of convicts in the case related to assassination of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.
