The victim alleged in her complaint filed at Raipur police station yesterday that Ishwar (30) and his two friends gang-raped her on June 8 while she was returning home, and threatened to stab her when she protested, police said.
The victim was sent for a medical examination earlier today, they said.
A case under section 376 (rape) of the IPC has been registered and police are investigating the matter. No arrest has been made so far, police added.
