Those arrested have been identified as Vineet Yadav (32), Vishal Kale (34), Shankar Thakur (34) and Vijay Kaushal (19), Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Rakesh Gupta told reporters here today.
Allegedly Vineet Yadav had given a Rs 4 lakh contract to get his cousin Devendra Yadav (30) killed.
Vishal Kale had allegedly provided a knife and a pistol to Shankar Thakur and Vijay Kaushal to kill Devendra Yadav on June 9, the DIG said.
The DIG said that Vineet Yadav suspected that Devendra Yadav was involved in the accidental death of his brother, after which he decided to eliminate Devendra Yadav by paying Rs 4 lakh to contract killers.
