The four, who were arrested by the CID on Sunday night from different places in Panrui police station area, were produced in the court of the chief judicial magistrate who remanded them to days judicial custody.
The court sent them to judicial custody for two days as the CID investigating officer was not present in the court.
Assistant public prosecutor, Kuntal Chatterjee, said "The investigating officer has gone to attend the case in the honourable high court. He has taken the case diary too. So the court ordered to hear the case on Wednesday."
Apart from Mostafa, the others arrested were Sheikh Unus, Jagannath Das, Jaladhar Das and Priyo Mukherjee.
Sheikh Unus was arrested on Saturday night.
The court had sent him to ten days CID custody.
The Calcutta High Court had on December 23 ordered the CID to investigate murder charges against Birbhum district Trinamool Congress president Anubrata Mondal and 40 others, accused in the killing of Ghosh after the panchayat polls.
