Additional District Judge V Md. Ejazuddin passed the order convicting Awadh Kishor Singh, Brij Kishore Singh, Ranjit Singh and Ajit Singh for killing their relative Raj Kishor Singh.
According to prosecution, Raj Kishor was beaten to death by the four in Khalpura village under Daraunda police station area on February 16, 2013 over land dispute.
In his dying statement, Singh had named the four persons for carrying out the attack on him.
