4 held for betting on T20 tie

Four people were arrested today for allegedly placing bets on a T20 match played between England and Pakistan, police said.
Five mobile phones, a television set, a laptop and cash worth Rs 9,700 were seized from the accused, they said.
Police conducted a raid on the house of one P Chinni Krishna in Balajinagar area and arrested him, along with Ravi, A Srinivas Rao and Chandrasekhar while they were allegedly wagering on the England-Pakistan T-20 match played last night, stated a release.
The accused are booked under relevant sections of IPC and further investigation is on.
