The incident took place last night on the Kannod-Khategaon when the truck driver lost control over the vehicle, Khategaon's Police Station In-charge, Tahzeeb Qazi said.
The truck first hit a motorcycle killing all the three people who were riding on it and later dashed into a house killing one more person and injuring five others, he added.
The deceased persons were identified as Rajesh Madanlal (40), his wife Papitabai (35) and his woman relative Meena and Anokhilal (60).
A case has been registered, police said, adding that effort are on to nab the truck driver.
